Hebel Soundfloor
Hebel Soundfloor is an innovative flooring panel that can be fixed to timber or steel joists. It provides the feel of a rigid concrete floor but with the advantage of providing an instant working surface, along with acoustic and thermal benefits.
Soundfloor panels are manufactured from lightweight aerated autoclaved concrete. They are reinforced with a layer of steel mesh and have tongue and grooved edges and come in the stock size of 1800 x 600 x 75mm thick.
The joints are glued together with Hebel thin Bed adhesive, and glued onto all supporting joists with a construction adhesive, and then screwed to fasten panels to joists.
